Fariz Zain Zahedi

Director

Fariz was educated in Australia and read engineering & finance at the University of Adelaide, South Australia. Prior to joining Real Time Group, Fariz was with PwC Malaysia in Deals Advisory where he oversaw numerous transactions across various industries including retail, food & beverage, healthcare, oil & gas, agriculture, power, telecommunications and media.

Fariz has more than 10 years of corporate services experience. He is a member of CPA Australia, the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM).

Aneesha Veriah

Director

Aneesha got her start working in KPMG London after graduating with first-class honours from King’s College London. She trained in audit prior to moving into mergers & acquisitions where she served numerous clients across a variety of industries including retail, food & beverage, healthcare, oil & gas, telecommunications and media. Upon her return to Kuala Lumpur, she joined PwC Malaysia focusing on Deals Advisory before coming out and joining Real Time Group as a Partner.

In her broader role at Real Time Group, Aneesha focuses on reshaping the Group’s core businesses to be more sustainable and relevant amidst increasing client expectations for better insight. With her passion for customer experience, Aneesha has her ears tuned to the gentle humming of the company. Dividing her time between marketing, strategy and business development, Aneesha is responsible for steering the company in the right direction as it grows in size and age. 

Aneesha is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and awarded the Woman Entrepreneur of The Year award by Invest Selangor at their Selangor International Business Summit (SIBS) 2018.

Vineet Rathi

Director

Vineet carries with him immense knowledge in the field of Finance Advisory & Governance & Risk Assurance Practice both in domestic as well as in international space. He has been involved in the Transaction & Valuation assignments. He has authored an article on Valuation of Infrastructure business which was published in the Valuation Journal published by the ICAI. He has also been speaker on valuation & GRC at various forums.

 

Vineet has over 22+ years of experience in the field of financial services, Transaction Advisory, and Risk Assurance Practice. He has extensive experience with various types of industries large and small and has been leading the advisory and consulting practice for Kreston OPR Advisors LLP. He has been involved in number of International and offshore assignments.

 

KOPR & OPR Group has been in existence for over 40 years and provides a complete spectrum of business, financial, and risk management services to clients in many industry segments including software, hardware, media & communications, internet services, etc.

Sanket Shah

Director

Sanket has recently joined as Director at our Group in September 2023.

He brings in Industry experience of 15+ years with leading all Leadership positions such as Head of Accounting, India Cluster as well as being designated CFO for over 4+ Years.

He has extensive knowledge and experience in various fields such as day-to-day Accounting operations, MIS, financial reporting and budgeting, cash flow management and planning, corporate financing, digitalization, year-end activities, finalizing year-end financials, and handling various audits including IFRS and compliance audits. He was also involved in formation of various long-term strategies and setting up processes and SOPs for organisation.

His experience with Deloitte, also help to ensure all financial and accounting-related compliances.
